Service Description
Book the Medium Event if you are expecting between 50-100 people. There is a $75 minimum purchase required. Please contact us if your event is outside of Brown County, WI. We will need to approve of the drive time. Mileage charges will apply. If you'd like to book a time outside of our regular hours, please contact us. After hour charges will apply.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event date and time. For cancellations made after 72 hours of the event date and time, the customer will be responsible for paying 50% of the minimum event charge. If we are already booked during your requested time, please call us to be placed on a waiting list. Or, we may be able to move other appointments to accommodate your preferred date and time.
